Apartment #1 (ground floor)

Apartment on the ground floor for a maximum of 4 people.
1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long).
1 sofa bed (140cm wide) in the living room.
Crib or folding bed optional.
Shared space: garden with seating areas, covered terrace, covered barbecue area, 3 outdoor dining tables,
swimming pool, playing field with trampoline and parking spaces.

Apartment #2 (1st floor)

Apartment on the upper floor (exterior staircase) for a maximum of 6 people.
1 large bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide).
1 bedroom with two single beds.
1 sofa bed (140cm wide) in the living room.
Crib or folding bed optional.
Shared space: garden with seating areas, covered terrace, covered barbecue area, 3 outdoor dining tables,
swimming pool, trampoline, playing field and parking spaces.

Chalet

Independent chalet for maximum 8 people.

1 closed bedroom (ground floor) with double bed (160 x 200 cm)
2 open bedrooms (1st floor) with double beds (160x200cm)
1 sofa bed (140cm wide) in the living room.
Crib or folding bed optional.
Shared areas: garden with seating areas, covered terrace, covered barbecue area, 3 outdoor dining tables,
Swimming pool, trampoline and parking spaces on site.

Check-in
Arrival after 15:00 and departure before 11:00. You can request a late check-out or early check-in through the digital guide (depending on availability).

Maximum number of people
The price is per apartment regardless of the number of people, but the maximum number of people indicated cannot be exceeded: Apartment 1 maximum of 4 people, Apartment 2 maximum of 6 people, Chalet maximum of 8 people and the entire property maximum 19 people.

Cleaning fee
Final cleaning is the only thing added to the rate: €60 per stay for apartment 1, €70 for apartment 2 and €90 for the Chalet, regardless of the length of the stay. Or €160 if you rented the whole property.

When you leave

Please leave your apartment tidy and swept and wash the dishes before you leave.
Garbage can be taken to the bins behind the church. And please let me know if there are any accidents so we can fix them before the next guests come.
You don’t need to remove clothes from the beds. The used towels in the black bin in the bathroom please.
We do the rest.

Bedding, bathroom and kitchen linen
This is included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival. There are towels and also kitchen cloths, towels and some dishwasher tablets.

Guest beds/cribs/high chairs
Instead of sleeping someone in the family on the sofa bed, we can also put a folding bed if you want. And there are cribs and high chairs too. It’s free, but let me know as soon as possible. There are 3 folding beds, 2 cribs and 2 high chairs for the entire property. First come, first served.

Digital Guide
You, as our guest, receive free access to the finca’s app. Once you have downloaded this app on your phone, your vacation preparations can begin. You will not only find all the information about your apartment, but also about the town and the activities in the area, including descriptions of the routes, topos, etc. You can also book many tickets, guides, etc. through links or phone numbers. Do you combine your stay at the finca with other destinations? Again there are recommendations for this in this app.

Deposit and cancel
When booking, we ask that you pay 50% in advance. The rest of the amount must be received by us no later than 6 weeks before your stay. If you wish to cancel, you can do so up to 6 weeks in advance with a remittance of 75% of the total amount. Meaning, in that case you will receive a refund of 50% of your down payment. After that, no refunds will be made. If you cancel for medical reasons, you can use your own cancellation insurance.

Availability
Please send me an email to info@lafincaroja.uk with the desired arrival and departure date, the number of people and the ages of the children. Then I will let you know as soon as possible what your options are. In high season you can only enter or leave on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the year you can come and go any day.
